We are happy to accept returns within 10 days of receiving your original order.
A store credit in the form of a gift card will be issued, which can then be used to reorder your correct size, style and colour.

Your name, order number, details of the return (item name, reason) for a store credit.

Allow 2 to 3 business days for store credits to be issued upon receiving the exchange items.
(Exceptions cannot be made for a refund due to your item being out of stock.)
CONDITION OF RETURN ITEMS:
MUST be in their original condition. Hygiene strip MUST be intact and attached to product. Original tags MUST be attached. Item MUST be unworn and unwashed.
IF CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET, THE RETURN WILL BE REFUSED.
Costumers are responsible of all return shipping costs (to and from) and will not be refunded/added to your store credit.
SALE, DISCOUNTED AND ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A PROMO CODE CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED.
We are NOT responsible for lost returns, thus we highly recommend you use a registered postal service including tracking services.
We do NOT offer refunds UNLESS the item is faulty. In that unlikely case please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of the damaged item and we will get back to you ASAP.
